Culture & Tonic was born out of pure determination to ensure we assist small to medium business owners with the best practice employment & business advise. The term 'culture' gets bandied about a lot, but if you don't have a healthy culture, you don't have a healthy business. From experience we discovered that one rotten lemon can fester the entire fruit bowl.
Culture & Tonic provides generalist and specialist HR consultancy services on an ad hoc, as-required, project, retainer or subscription basis. As part of this service we also offer support, advice and assistance related to questions that might fall under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 (SASSA). Our consultancy services include recruitment, employment relations and health and safety and other related services.
